Zoom meetings requiring upgrades

Some users are experiencing difficulty with accessing Zoom meetings.  They receive a warning that their version of Zoom does not meet minimum requirements.  A convenient method of upgrading to a supported version for campus Windows computers is available by following the directions below:
  1. Open the Start menu
  2. Type Software Center
  3. Click and open the Software Center application from the results list
  4. Select Zoom in the applications list
  5. Click the Install button
Installation should take only a few minutes and will upgrade your existing Zoom application to a supported version.
